Ron, team and marketing manager, brings with him a wealth of management expertise and was responsible for multi-million dollar operations with the United Parcel Service for 28 years. Ron focuses his attention to key business issues such as quality, customer service.

Lee Lehman

Originally from Indiana and then Nashville, Lee recently relocated to be closer to his family. While in Nashville, Lee sold homes with The Bill Haggard Real Estate Team. Lee has had a successful year and a half with the Donnita Hill Team. As part of this team, Lee will be working with many of the buyer's in the Cookeville and surrounding areas.

Amanda Wiegand

Amanda is originally from Houston, TX, and has lived in Cookeville since 2001. A Licensed Assistant with a background in Business Marketing and Customer Service. Her responsibilities include marketing and client care. She takes care of all advertising for each home. She also maintains the internal database for the Donnita Hill Team to enhance interoffice communication and organization.

Thomas Osmun

Originally from Nevada, Thomas Osmun has four years experience in the local real estate marketplace. Thomas spends much of his time walking the land and farms that are available and getting to know all their amenities.

Leslie Allison

Leslie is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and has lived in Cookeville for 14 years. She has over 10 years experience working in real estate and also has a strong customer service background. Her main responsibility is to maintain closing files and correspond with clients, attorneys, real estate agents and mortgage companies to coordinate closings. She also handles incoming and outgoing referrals for the Donnita Hill Team.

Natalie Stout

Natalie Stout, native to Putnam County, recently added affiliate broker for the Donnita Hill Team to her list of credentials. Natalie graduated from TREES real estate school in December of 2007. She is a 2001 graduate of Upperman High School and a 2006 graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a degree in Professional Communications and a concentration in Public Relations. She has been working with Hill Realty since it’s opening in August of 2007 as an office administrator. Natalie has worked in customer service here in Putnam Country for nine years.
